The next is the youngest daughter Peng Su Yuan @ Ah Wu Mein @ Hla Hla Yee. Her husband is the self proclaimed spokesman for Ko Kang rebels and information officer Tun Lwin @Tun Myat Lin @ Peng Ah Ti. Hla Hla Yee stays mostly at Ruili in mainland China. Tun Lwin appointed himself as the spokesman for Ko Kang rebels and usually spread false information to the domestic and international media just to undermine Tatmadaw’s achievements. He has been circulating false information throughout the fightings in Lauk Kai. For instance, he bluntly denied when one hill after another has fallen into the hands of the Myanmar army. When their mortar shells fell into Chinese territory, he accused it as that of the government troops. In fact, he is the one who has never been to or near the actual fighting but rumbling indiscriminately. According to Myanmar customs, he should be given a sarong as a woman because his behaviors indicated as so. For Peng Su Yuan she became an invaluable daughter for Peng Jiashing as she is married to a person who could shamelessly lie and becoming a valuable asset for the devil. Peng Su Yuan and Tun Myat Lin both have dual citizenship as Chinese as well as Myanmar. By using various passports they travelled a lot to foreign countries. Tun Lwin himself can speak 5 languages. In his capacity he is the person responsible for distributing drugs through Myanmar sea routes to Hong Kong, Macao and to the West. By travelling a lot and doing the drug trade they also accumulated a lot of money which they launder through official business enterprises. They also are the ones who need to be watched closely and controlled.

Another daughter worth mentioning is Peng Su Yon, who went to the United States 20 years ago and still residing there, unmarried. She is their official representative for international relations and public relations, a move foresighted and well planned. She is also responsible to find international contacts to distribute drugs and to launder money collected from drug distribution into white money. Thus, she is also the one not to be underestimated and the one who deserved close observation.

After disclosing the lives of the devil’s daughters, I am obliged to tell more about his daughter –in-laws.
The first is the wife of his eldest son Peng Tar Shwin – Hla Hla Win @ Nyein Kyin. She is the younger sister of Hla Win@ Li Kwal Qin who is married to Hla Khin @ Peng Xio Fung who is the niece of Mogok Win Maung. She is staying at No. (10) Rose Garden, Pan Hlaing Golf Course Residence and running the High Win Company.

Hla Win @ Li Kwai Qin has been running drugs since 1980s and by giving a commission of 15% to the Wang Hai Shan Rebel group, he sent drugs on mules through jungle tracks by contacting with Wei Xio Yin of Wa armed group along the Thai-Myanmar border. In 1997 he borrowed millions of Thai Baht from Wei Xio Yin and hired a Thai-Chinese called Ah Chin from Mai Sai, who was an expert in producing Amphetamines and set up 5 WY tablet manufacturing factories at Si Orr, Lauk Kai. Together with the families of Peng Jiasheng, they produced and distributed more than 100million tablets worth 100 million Chinese Yuan from 1999 through 2002.

After laundering the money he gained from these drug operations he set up the High Win International Company. He also set up the High Win Family Company in 2005. He bought a plot of land at No. (10), Rose Garden, Pan Hlaing golf Course Residence and built a mansion. In 1996 he bought a plot of land at Yadanarbon junction at Amarapura, Mandalay and set up a beans and pulses grinding plant. Furthermore, he bought a lot of shares from Myanmar Elephant Cement factory owned by Aung Win Khaing who is the brother of Mogok Win Maung and resided in Kyaukse. Then, again, he bought 5.5 acres of land at the entrance to Bhamo, No. (2) Shwe Pyi Thar Industrial Zone in Yangon. In 2010 he bought many acres of land at Pa - An Myit Tha Yauk forest from DKBA – Democratic Kayin Buddhist Army – for plantation of rubber. Besides he also bought a rubber drying factory in Mudon. He divided the land be bought in Shwe Pyi That Industrial Zone into two on which he established a rubber grinding plant and a cold storage for fish and lobsters.

Furthermore, he built warehouses at 105 miles, Muse and built the Kyalsin guest house between 80 and 81 st street in Mandalay. He was known to have saved a lot of money at Kanbawza bank. His other investment schemes are: - buying a house at No. (275), U Wisara Street, North Ward Sanchaung and at No. (6/3), Between 60 the 61 st street, Theik Pan Street, Chanaye Tharzan township, Mandalay: buying many 40 x 60 land plots at Dagon Seikkan; Buying 2 houses at FMI city: buying 50 acres of land between 10 and 11 mile marker on Yangon –Pathein highway in Hteingon village, Hlaing Tharyar. All of these investments are currently valued at one hundred and fifty thousand lakhs in Myanmar kyats.
Moreover, a lot of money was saved at Shanghai-China bank in Mainland China and Hong Kong as well as in Ruili Farmers bank in Mainland China. He also bought an apartment at room no (502), Building (4), Beijing Road, Kunming. All these schemes are his effort to launder drug money into foreign investment.
